From the minute you contact us you will know that your Drainage issue is of the very highest importance to us.
You will see this in our process of dealing with the situation straight away. We will endeavour to understand all the key issues over the phone, this ensures that when our engineer arrives at your drainage site, we are already quite a way forward to getting your drainage issue resolved.
There is nothing our Drainage Engineers have'nt seen before - don't worry about potential embarrassments - it's just part of the job for us.
On arrival we will quickly:
- assess the site for access points
- explain what we are going to do and why
- explain the cost implications (we understand the importance of this if the on site assessment means a different price to any price given previoiusly over the telephone).
If it is a Drainage survey or a repair that is required you will already know the cost and we will just advise you of where we will be starting and what affect it will have on you and your normal Drainage service.
On completion of any of our services we will discuss with you how the project has gone and whether, in our opinion, any further works may be required.
