Our investigations are professionally carried out and the reporting that follows is second to none in a format that can be understood and full of detail to include:

- Defects observed
- Cause of damage
- Share aspects
- Rectification costs / urgency
- DVD of all runs surveyed
Our approach to carrying surveys is to 'get it right first time' which is a necessity for our dealings with the Uretek process (foundation stabilising) and Consulting engineers and from what we have seen is a rarity from our competitors. This sometimes involves neighbouring properties also and includes such aspects as sonar tracing, cleansing and 'break ins' included in the price when under contract from our main customers.
